One lesson I've learnt from a young age is never to take good health for granted.
I started going for annual health screenings when I was still young because I believed that prevention is better than cure.
Over the years, I've seen family members, friends, and people around me face serious health challenges. Each experience has reinforced my belief that we should never take our health for granted.
Early intervention does not guarantee a cure, but it can often improve treatment options, reduce complications, and lead to better outcomes. 病从浅中医。
My experiences as a caregiver, together with the opportunity to work with healthcare providers, have reinforced my belief that prevention and early intervention matter — it can also preserve independence, dignity, and quality of life.
