Throughout my career, I worked in administrative roles that often included HR and Finance responsibilities. Those experiences gave me valuable exposure to how businesses operate — from recruitment and payroll to budgeting and staff management. I learned a great deal from every position I held and benefited from working with many different teams and leaders.

Over the years, I began to notice recurring challenges across workplaces: job duties often evolved with the changing business landscape, creating confusion in role delegation. I was frequently asked to take on tasks beyond my scope—not because I was unwilling to help, but because new responsibilities emerged, sometimes frustrating both employers and employees. Having a good work attitude alone may not solve this paradox.

Turning Experience Into Purpose

These lessons shaped my belief that meaningful work stems from effective communication, respect, and proper alignment between roles and people. With my Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), I decided to take the next step — to build something that could make a difference for both sides of the employment equation.
